1. Who we are
This website (thehavexa.com) is operated by Havexa FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates and part of the in5 Tech ecosystem in Dubai ("Havexa", "we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, write to havexauae@gmail.com.
This policy covers the website, the Dubai pilot sign-up form, the contact form for tour operators and agencies, and the help we give during the pilot on WhatsApp. The Havexa app has its own privacy notice, shown when you create an account.
2. What data we collect
- Pilot sign-up form: full name, email address, travel dates in Dubai, who you are travelling with, the services you have booked or plan to book, how you are booking them, the name of your tour operator or agency (if any), your consent and the page or partner link through which you reached us.
- During the pilot: once your trip is confirmed, your flight details, hotel and phone number, the travel documents you choose to share (such as transfer or tour vouchers) and the messages about your case. We never ask for your passport or ID.
- Contact form for tour operators and agencies: name, company, business email and phone, type of business, approximate yearly volume to Dubai and your message.
- Emails you send us: your email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the website securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not run analytics that profile you.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To organise the Havexa pilot and contact you about it — based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.
- To provide the help you ask for during your trip (confirming your driver, arranging a backup car, following a refund request) — because it is necessary to provide the service you requested.
- To reply to tour operators and agencies who contact us — based on our legitimate interest in business contacts.
- To answer your messages — based on our legitimate interest in replying to you.
- To keep the website secure — based on our legitimate interest.
We never sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who processes the data
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms and stored in Google (Gmail). These providers act as processors under data processing terms that include standard contractual clauses for international transfers. During the pilot, messages are exchanged through WhatsApp (Meta). We share with a transfer or tour operator only what it needs to deliver your service (name, flight, hotel, number of people). We do not share your data with other third parties without your agreement.
If you travel with a tour operator or agency that works with Havexa: it may share your name, flight, hotel and booked services with us so that we can assist you. In that case we process the data on its behalf, under a written agreement.
5. How long we keep it
Pilot sign-up data is kept until the end of the pilot and deleted within 6 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or you become a customer of the Havexa app.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — just write to havexauae@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
7. Children
The pilot is for adult travellers. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
